To start, you’ll come up with a broad question in advance of your event that will resonate with your attendees. That question will serve as the prompt for your Brainstorming Board, and willdisplayed in a big banner at the top of the board.Below the prompt will be dozens of blank cards. Each attendee will write down their short response on a blank card, and then put it back on the board, creating a mosaic of unique answers!There’s no board too big, and no board too small! Our boards range from the size of a poster board to an entire wall, and everything in between, and can be customized with different colors and tailored branding.
The Brainstorming Board is the perfect addition to corporate retreats, networking events, conferences, and more!To further increase the interactivity of The Brainstorming Board, there are also several options to enhance the networking power of this activation:We coordinate the reading of the cards and do a round table discussion based on the answers (can be informal or formal).Throughout the event attendees can come up and grab a card, and then find the corresponding person in order to meet and have a quick chat.After the event, all of the cards can be put together in a photobook digital format and distributed to all attendees as a keepsake to remember the event by.
