Lorenzo, a young man living in Italy's Amalfi Coast, had finally gotten a job after a long search. The job? Lead Pizza Maker.
On his first day, he told the owner he didn't even need to train - he would have everything under control. Unfortunately, the owner believed him and left him on his own. And even more unfortunately, Lorenzo hadn't exactly been honest on his resume, and had no idea what he was doing.
Lorenzo baked the dough perfectly, but when it came to everything else, he was at a loss. Pizza by pizza, he tried different things. Unconventional things...
A s'mores pizza. An apple pie pizza. A chocolate explosion pizza. His co-workers were confused, but then, something unexpected happened as the sweet smells from the pizzeria made its way to the street. DESSERT PIZZA MENU
S'mores: Crushed graham cracker and melted chocolate topped with mini marshmallows that are baked to bon-fire-esque perfection.
Apple Pie: Sliced apples with cinnamon, layered in a gooey caramel sauce.
Strawberries Crunch: Strawberries with graham crackers. Top with whipped cream after baking!
Chocolate Explosion: Chocolate ganache, m&ms, sprinkles.
Cannoli: Nutella spread topped with cannoli cream (substitute Nutella for chocolate ganache if there is a hazelnut allergy)
Cookies & Cream: Cream cheese frosting, crushed Oreos, and a drizzle of white and milk chocolate.
