Here is a great tutorial designed to help you perfect your eyeliner “flick” so your party lashes will be on “fleek”.
CHOOSING A LINER
We recommend using a liquid liner for a darker, more defined look. To achieve a smoldering cat eye effect, use an eyeliner pencil.
- Begin at the outer edge of the eye drawing a diagonal line from the outer corner upward midway to the eyebrow.
- Create the “wing” shape by drawing another line that meets with the first to create a point at the end.
- Now connect the wing with the inner corner by drawing a line that extends from the inner corner of the eye to the second line of the wing
- The last step is to fill in the shape you’ve created with your eyeliner.
If you have jagged edges, no biggie. Take a very small eyeliner brush, rub it into a makeup remover wipe and use the brush to gently wipe away any jagged edges. Experiment with purples, blues and greens on the lower lid for a more interesting look
