Question: Every year at Christmas our family gets together, and there is always so much bickering! I know it’s kinda inevitable, but how can I make our big family Christmas less argumentative?
Anytime family gets together, there is always a risk for arguments to arise. Firstly, a big reason that happens is because you are all comfortable enough to speak your mind to each other, which may not feel like a positive at the time of an argument, but can be seen as a small silver lining.

There is indeed so much pressure when it comes to gift-giving during the holiday season. Finding a balance between how much to spend and getting the perfect present can definitely cause some unnecessary stress.

Question: I’ve been back to school for a month now, and I’m really bummed about it! I miss summer. What should I do to get over my back to school blues?
First of all, this is a totally normal feeling. Summer is such a fun time. Between vacation, extra time with friends and family, camp, a summer job if you’re of age…and of course not having to do any schoolwork, it is pretty ideal! Not to mention the weather is often great. However, don’t lose sight of all the awesome things that the school year brings.
