4 EASY WAYS TO DRINK MORE WATER THIS SUMMER

Now that we’re enjoying the warm months of summer, it’s even more important to drink as much water as possible. Not only does water make you feel better, it makes you look better. Some signs that you need to drink a little more water include frequent headaches, dry cracked skin, excessive tiredness or dizziness.

We’ve all heard of that we should be drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. It’s can be a challenge, but there are always ways to put a fun spin on it.

Here are four fun ways to drink more water every day:


MAKE FLAVORED WATER

Adding a few pieces of your favorite fruit to your water add a light flavor so it’s easier to drink. The longer it sits, the betterit tastes. My favorite combination is lime and cucumber.

ADD WATER TO YOUR JUICE

If you absolutely hate the taste of water, try drinking half and half, juice and water. If you can juice your own fruit, it’s even better. Some water is better than none!

DRINK SPARKLING WATER

If you like soda, a good water substitute is sparkling water. You’ll get the bubbles and still be drinking water. Feel free to add fruit.
